If you are a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Dining Services Manager, come work for the best and join the CarDon family of care!</p> <p>Assistant Dining Services Manager (healthcare/dietary/dining services)</p> <p>Job Responsibilities</p> <p>Specific duties for this Assistant Dining Services Manager position include:</p> <p>The Assistant Dining Services Manager assists the Dining Services Manager (DSM) in ensuring that nourishing, palatable, and well-balanced meals are prepared and served to meet the daily nutritional and special dining needs of each resident, consistent with accepted nutritional standards and regulatory requirements.</p> <p>Assistant Dining Services Manager (healthcare/dietary/dining services)</p> <p>EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS, CREDENTIALS: : Indiana certification as a Certified Dining Manager, or willingness and ability to obtain within six (6) months of employment, and a minimum of two (2) years' experience working in the kitchen of a long-term care facility or health-care setting. Cooking/Culinary experience is required.</p> <p>Cooking/Culinary experience is required.
