<p>Duties</p> <p>LBS-I Teacher needed for a classroom in a separate public special education school. Middlefork School is located in Tilton, Illinois, and serves students with special needs in grades K-22. Students attending Middlefork School are from member districts of the Vermilion Association for Special Education. Applicants must have proper Illinois State Board of Education Professional Educators Licensure (LBS-1). Class sizes/case loads are between 5-9 students. All classroom have support of a paraprofessional!</p> <p>The Vermilion Association for Special Education offers tailored professional development opportunities at no cost to the teacher. A $3,000 sign-on bonus, and a $1500 bonus is offered every three years of service as retention incentive.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>ISBE LBS-I licensure or Regular Education License and willingness to complete coursework for LBSI Emergency Certification.</p> <p>Salary/Benefits</p> <p>Competitive according to VEA contract.
