Your efforts can help improve the lives of patients and make a lasting difference in your community.</p> <p>A caregiver in this position works varying shifts from 7:00AM - 6:00PM.</p> <p>A caregiver who excels in this role will:</p> <ul> <li>Provide pharmacy services and ensure the appropriate selection, dosing, administration and dispensing of medication orders. </li><li>Verify medication orders and/or dispense medications accurately according to state and federal regulations. </li><li>Contribute to medication safety initiatives. </li><li>Document services in a complete, accurate and timely manner. </li><li>Ensure all pharmacy operations comply with national accreditation standards. </li><li>Maintain professional interactions with patients to facilitate successful patient experiences. </li><li>Educate and train students, residents, other caregivers, and/or patients. </li></ul> <p>Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:</p> <ul> <li>PharmD or Bachelor's of Science degree in Pharmacy </li><li>Current state licensure as a Registered Pharmacist (RPh) or eligible for reciprocation within 90 days of hire. </li><li>Basic Life Support (BLS)?certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) and?completion of a Board of Pharmacy approved course in?the administration of immunizations within 90 days of hire </li></ul> <p>Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:</p> <ul> <li>Completion of a post-graduate year 1 residency (PGY1), fellowship or relevant post-graduate pharmacy experience </li><li>Board certification </li></ul> <p>Our caregivers continue to create the best outcomes for our patients across each of our facilities.
