Join us!</p> <p>In this role, you will manage various payments-related activities, including but not limited to program implementations, delivery/operations, Vault Rewards integration, training, program terms and compliance. Act as a business subject matter expert for internal and external partners relating to payments/credit processes and procedures. Partner with cross-functional teams in Store Operations, Compliance, Communications, Marketing, Learning & Development, Ecommerce and IT to achieve desired results within our credit/payments programs. Employ best practices and identify areas of opportunity to drive efficiencies and enhance the customer experience.</p> <p>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Serve as the primary liaison for all payment-related operations and initiatives, managing relationships with internal stakeholders and external payment providers to ensure seamless execution of credit and payment programs across in-store and online platforms.</p> </li><li> <p>Lead and develop a team of Managers and Business Analysts responsible for the successful delivery and ongoing operations of all payment-related projects.</p> </li><li> <p>Act as the subject matter expert for credit and payment strategies, providing critical input on cross-functional project teams to drive business performance and customer experience enhancements.</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of policies and procedures related to credit and payment services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and alignment with organizational objectives.</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with Compliance teams and payment partners to monitor and implement changes in consumer lending laws and regulatory requirements, integrating them into internal processes, training, and communications.</p> </li><li> <p>Direct the design and execution of training materials and programs for store teams, supporting effective integration of credit and payment tools through scenario-based resources and reference guides.</p> </li><li> <p>Manage communication strategies related to system updates, policy changes, pilot programs, and operational feedback, ensuring clear, timely, and consistent messaging across field teams.</p> </li><li> <p>Supervise compliance-related activities including audits and mystery shop evaluations, overseeing corrective action plans and ensuring adherence to legal and corporate standards.</p> </li></ul> <p>POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Marketing or related area</p> </li><li> <p>4-6 years in payment-related or similar field</p> </li><li> <p>4+ years experience around payments, credit, operational strategy, and project management</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated ability to communicate and present effectively to senior leaders and cross functional leaders</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work cross functionally across the business</p> </li><li> <p>Strong written and verbal skills, problem-solving skills, organizational skills, and relationship skills</p> </li></ul> <p>This position requires a candidate to be on-site for a hybrid in-office schedule out of the Akron, OH or Dallas, TX offices.</p>
