Come and unwind in our sun-filled suites (some of the largest in Manhattan), take in the unparalleled city and park views, and experience serenity and luxury high above Manhattan's exhilarating whirlwind.</p> <p>About the role</p> <p>The Guest Experience Department will be a main point of reference for our Elite guests but also high-profile clients, becoming the on-property contact handling communication during office hours and any possible arrangements they may require.</p> <p>What you will do</p> <ul> <li>Work with Guest Experience team to review all upcoming guest's reservations and ensure allocation and preferences are taken care of. </li><li>Work with Guest Experience team to reach out to guests prior to arrival to ensure itinerary and preferences have been handled accurately and in a timely manner. </li><li>Assist with Guest Experience phone line to be a point of contact to our highest VIP's and remain available during working hours to respond to guests requests in a timely manner. </li><li>Offer assistance with guest's itinerary and requirements and seek assistance from other departments when needed. </li><li>Work closely with concierge department to offer a cohesive and accurate experience to the VIP guests. </li><li>Assistant meeting all GE Team guests upon arrival and departure finding opportunities to engage during the stay to ensure the stay is according to their expectations.
