<p>You will join CrÃdit Agricole CIB Americas as M&A Analyst.Â</p> <p>You will be involved on a wide range of cross-border transactions including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, demergers and leveraged buyouts, for regional and international clients.</p> <p>You will work on the origination and execution of Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Equity Capital Markets (ECM) transactions.</p> <p>In addition, you will assist the ECM team in advising, structuring and executing a range of equity and equity-linked offerings, including IPOs, follow-ons, ATMs, convertible bonds, share repurchases, for major corporations looking to access the public markets.</p> <p>Â</p> <p>Your concrete missions will be the following:Â</p> <ul> <li>Assisting in the origination and execution of all ECM and M&A transactions across all industry sectors </li><li>Preparing pitch book presentations for companies on topics including company valuation and financial analyses, equity and equity-linked alternatives, strategic transactions, capital allocation, among others </li><li>Supporting analysts and associates in the creation of financial models </li><li>Conducting strategic analysis / industry research </li><li>Building company profiles </li><li>Drafting memoranda, proposals, and other written documents </li></ul> <p>Â</p> <p>You will be working on a daily basis with our Sector teams located in Paris, and with our coverage teams across the U.S., Europe and South America.</p> <p>Â</p> <p>To be eligible for a VIE:</p> <ul> <li>Be less than 29 years old </li><li>Be graduated of Master Degree </li><li>Be EU citizen </li></ul> <p>Â</p> <p>Â</p> <p>Donât forget to mention this information explicitly in English in your resume and/or cover letter!</p> <p>Hard Skills:Â</p> <ul> <li>Strong analytical and financial skills; </li><li>Advanced level in Excel and PowerPoint; </li><li>Fluent French and English,ÂSpanish is a plus. </li></ul> <p>Â</p> <p>Soft Skills:Â</p> <ul> <li>Proactivity and flexibility in changing environments; </li><li>Attention to detail and ability to work under short deadlines; </li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. </li></ul>
