This role requires a highly organized, self-motivated individual who thrives in an independent work environment.</p> <p>Work expectation: M-F 40-hour work week with overtime eligible.</p> <p>Software: Excel, Concur, CAMP, Web based support for currency conversions and international query.</p> <p>Daily:</p> <ul> <li>Identify international invoices in CONCUR. </li><li>Reference CAMP to verify authenticity of the invoice. </li><li>Appropriately divide the invoice detail into pre-defined accounting coded buckets. </li><li>Submit the invoice for payment thru CONCUR. </li><li>Move the invoice into the appropriate folder on the L drive to future review. </li></ul> <p>Description:</p> <p>The international invoice specialist is responsible for receiving, verifying, coding, and retaining all invoices</p> <p>for the Flexjet LLC international operation. The position is a Monday through Friday obligation of 40 hours</p> <p>weekly.
