Visit us at www.accenture.com.</p> <p>You Are:</p> <p>Guidewire Data Conversion Lead</p> <p>The Work:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Data Modeling: Design and implement data models within Guidewire DataHub, ensuring data consistency and accuracy across different systems.</p> </li><li> <p>Data Mapping: Create data mappings between source systems and the DataHub to facilitate data extraction and transformation.</p> </li><li> <p>Data Transformation: Develop data transformation logic using DataHub tools to cleanse, enrich, and format data according to business requirements.</p> </li><li> <p>ETL Development: Design and build Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes to move data between different systems and the DataHub.</p> </li><li> <p>Integration with Guidewire Applications: Integrate data from various Guidewire modules like ClaimCenter, PolicyCenter, and BillingCenter into the DataHub.</p> </li><li> <p>Data Quality Management: Implement data quality checks and validation rules to ensure data integrity.</p> </li><li> <p>Data Governance: Collaborate with business stakeholders to define data governance policies and standards within the DataHub environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize data loading and processing performance within the DataHub.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborating with business users to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.</p> </li><li> <p>Developing and maintaining data integration solutions within the Guidewire DataHub environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Troubleshooting data quality issues and resolving data discrepancies.</p> </li><li> <p>Performing data validation and testing to ensure accuracy of data transformations.</p> </li><li> <p>Documenting data integration processes and maintaining technical documentation.</p> </li></ul> <p>Business Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements</p> <p>Qualification</p> <p>What You Need:</p> <ul> <li> <p>A minimum of 7 years experience in Guidewire DataHub</p> </li><li> <p>A minimum of 5 years of experience with one of the following: Oracle Retail Data Warehouse, SAP Business Objects, Business Intelligence BI, Data Management, BODS, Cognos, Informatica or Power BI.</p> </li><li> <p>A minimum of 5 years of experience with SQL. Expertise SQL skills for data manipulation, querying, and database design.</p> </li><li> <p>A minimum of 5 years of experience with enterprise architecture frameworks.</p> </li><li> <p>Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate's Degree with 6 years of work experience)</p> </li></ul> <p>Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
