<p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <p>? Serve as the Special Education Director, overseeing compliance with IDEA regulations and ensuring equitable services for all students with disabilities.</p> <p>? Collaborate with teachers, families, and service providers to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).</p> <p>? Oversee federal, state, and special education grants, including application, budgeting, and compliance reporting.</p> <p>? Ensure alignment of grant-funded initiatives with district goals and student needs.</p> <p>? Lead the On My Way Pre-K program, ensuring compliance with state guidelines and supporting early childhood development.</p> <p>? Maintain and advance Paths to QUALITY Level 3 standards, ensuring continuous improvement in curriculum, instruction, and assessment for early childhood programs.</p> <p>? Work closely with school administrators, teachers, support staff, and parents to create a student-centered learning environment.</p> <p>? Actively participate in school and district initiatives.</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>? Valid Indiana administrative license</p> <p>? Master's degree in Educational Leadership, Administration, or related field.</p> <p>? Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience; minimum of 2 years of administrative experience; special education teaching experience preferred; district administrative experience preferred.</p> <p>Application Instructions:</p> <p>?
