Our dedicated and highly trained caregivers deliver world-class patient care through an intricate nursing care model that is rooted in evidence-based practice and always puts patients first. Our goal is that all our caregivers provide patients with the highest quality, safest care possible.</p> <p>A caregiver in this position works day/evening rotation, 7:00AM - 7:30PM.</p> <p>A caregiver who excels in this role will:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Provide patient care under the direction of an RN.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with data collection and treatments.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform administrative functions for the unit.</p> </li><li> <p>Observe and report changes in patients' condition.</p> </li><li> <p>Document activities in the patient care record.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with transporting and discharging patients.</p> </li><li> <p>Transcribe and process all orders.</p> </li><li> <p>Prepare, maintain and process all charts, filed, records and mail.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain inventory.</p> </li></ul> <p>Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>A high school diploma or GED.</p> </li><li> <p>Nursing students: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
