They are responsible for communicating effectively and efficiently with interdisciplinary staff.</p> <p>Exceptional Skills and Qualifications</p> <p>Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting, have excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude toward problem-solving.</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED equivalent required. </li><li>Previous experience in healthcare field required. </li><li>Must demonstrate ability to communicate orally and in written format, perform basic math calculations including use of decimals. </li><li>Must be able to interact with interdisciplinary staff. </li><li>Must have successfully completed the arrhythmias recognition course. </li><li>Ability to communicate with healthcare providers of varying ages. </li><li>Recognize effect of age on interpretation of EKG's. </li><li>Able to sit for long periods of time and maintain high state of alertness. </li></ul> <p>Why Community?</p> <p>At Community Health Network, we build teams that deliver exceptional care through empathy, communication and collaboration.
