Day-to-day duties will include drafting and reviewing employment agreements, personal service agreements, and other general contracts and advising business leaders on matters involving our employed providers (both physicians and APPs). Experience with Stark, Anti-Kickback Statute, and other fraud and abuse laws required.</p> <p>The ideal candidate represents and advises in all corporate legal matters. Ensures compliance with all local, state and federal regulatory requirements, including but not limited to compliance with IRS, HIPAA, Stark, and Fraud and Abuse statues and regulations.</p> <p>Juris Doctor degree required from a law school accredited by the American Bar Association.</p> <ul> <li>Requires law license in good standing in Indiana. </li><li>Preference for 7-10 years of relevant experience. </li><li>Requires broad general background in business and civil law. </li><li>Healthcare background is preferred. </li></ul>
