You will be liaison between residents, directors and GME. We are looking for someone who is knowledgeable of dental, specifically dental education and has experience in GEM/Medical Education.</p> <p>A caregiver in this position works variable shifts, from 7:30am-4:30pm.</p> <p>A caregiver who excels in this role will:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead orientation and record management activities and ensures standards are maintained.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop and update interdepartmental education programs.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with scheduling, coordination, preparation, and communication of meetings.</p> </li><li> <p>Facilitate and attend meetings and record key outcomes.</p> </li><li> <p>Identify key milestones and deadlines.</p> </li><li> <p>Communicate project status and requirements to achieve results.</p> </li><li> <p>Research, analyze and organize information for presentations.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist department leadership with large or complex projects.</p> </li><li> <p>Initiate or lead fewer complex projects.</p> </li></ul> <p>Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Associate's Degree</p> </li><li> <p>Three years administrative or project management experience</p> </li><li> <p>OR High School diploma/GED and five years of experience</p> </li><li> <p>OR Bachelor's degree and one year of experience</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field</p> </li><li> <p>Strong computer skills and experience with software applications</p> </li><li> <p>Experience developing programs (healthcare, financial or education)</p> </li><li> <p>Healthcare experience or related organization</p> </li></ul> <p>Our caregivers continue to create the best outcomes for our patients across each of our facilities. While the pay range is displayed as an hourly rate, Cleveland Clinic recruiters will clarify whether the compensation is hourly or salary. A successful candidate's actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate's work history, experience, skill set, and education.
