You will be liaison between residents, directors and GME. We are looking for someone who is knowledgeable of dental, specifically dental education and has experience in GEM/Medical Education.</p> <p>A caregiver in this position works variable shifts, from 7:30am-4:30pm.</p> <p>A caregiver who excels in this role will:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead orientation and record management activities and ensures standards are maintained.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop and update interdepartmental education programs.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with scheduling, coordination, preparation, and communication of meetings.</p> </li><li> <p>Facilitate and attend meetings and record key outcomes.</p> </li><li> <p>Identify key milestones and deadlines.</p> </li><li> <p>Communicate project status and requirements to achieve results.</p> </li><li> <p>Research, analyze and organize information for presentations.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist department leadership with large or complex projects.</p> </li><li> <p>Initiate or lead fewer complex projects.</p> </li></ul> <p>Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Associate's Degree</p> </li><li> <p>Three years administrative or project management experience</p> </li><li> <p>OR High School diploma/GED and five years of experience</p> </li><li> <p>OR Bachelor's degree and one year of experience</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field</p> </li><li> <p>Strong computer skills and experience with software applications</p> </li><li> <p>Experience developing programs (healthcare, financial or education)</p> </li><li> <p>Healthcare experience or related organization</p> </li></ul> <p>Our caregivers continue to create the best outcomes for our patients across each of our facilities.
