All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to any protected characteristics.</p> <p>What you will be doing</p> <p>In this attractive role you will have the opportunity to:</p> <p>Key Accountabilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead the technical program management and engineering efforts for AE 2100 and AE 1107 defense projects.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate the technical activities of a multi-functional team that delivers engineering solutions for design/configuration changes (Product Change Board process)</p> </li><li> <p>Lead AE 2100 and AE 1107 defense engineering projects and develop/communicate the plan and budget for delivering such improvements to cost and schedule</p> </li><li> <p>Lead the application of Systems Engineering to elicit, influence, and manage engine-level business and technical requirements and allocate requirements to sub-system level</p> </li><li> <p>Represent the engine program in technical meetings with customers, operators, and airworthiness authorities.</p> </li></ul> <p>Who we're looking for:</p> <p>At Rolls-Royce we put safety first, do the right thing, keep it simple and make a difference.
