<p>About this role:</p> <p>Wells Fargo is seeking a Product Management Director to play a critical leadership role in helping transform the Wells Fargo Branded Credit Card business. Learn more about the career areas and business divisions at wellsfargojobs.com.</p> <p>In this role, you will:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Accountable for defining strategy, vision, and roadmap to drive responsible growth, profitability, and competitive advantage for Wells Fargo Card</p> </li><li> <p>Define and execute strategies to reduce complexity and increase execution quality through simplification of product features and terms</p> </li><li> <p>Develop, test, analyze and implement product, credit, and marketing strategies to achieve the financial objective relevant to macro-economic conditions</p> </li><li> <p>Work closely with cross functional teams (Credit, Marketing, Finance, Tech, Risk, Operations) to drive impact on a given product, problem, or initiative</p> </li><li> <p>Be responsible for ensuring all key regulatory and business requirements are met effectively for all implemented ideas</p> </li><li> <p>Interface with external agencies, regulatory bodies as needed</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals including senior leadership to predict current and future needs and achieve consistent application of definitions, measurement, and interpretation</p> </li><li> <p>Manage allocation of people and financial resources to ensure commitments are met and align with strategic objectives</p> </li><li> <p>Lead a team of direct reports as well as cross-functional resources</p> </li><li> <p>Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy</p> </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>8+ years of Product Management or leadership experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education</p> </li><li> <p>4+ years of management or leadership experience</p> </li></ul> <p>Desired Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Credit Card industry experience, especially at multiple leading credit card issuers</p> </li><li> <p>Prior experience in credit card roles as general manager responsible for portions of P&L</p> </li><li> <p>Prior experience in credit card lending roles, ideally in varying aspects of credit and lending risk (originations, customer management, fraud, collections)</p> </li><li> <p>Prior experience in roles leading launches or implementation of new products or capabilities, or integrations/transformations of technology platforms</p> </li><li> <p>Prior experience in data science or analytics roles involving projects with data infrastructure (data, platforms, models, monitoring tools)</p> </li><li> <p>Prior experience in multiple credit card segments (consumer across full risk spectrum, small business, commercial, partnerships/co-brands)</p> </li><li> <p>Strong understanding and application of risk management principles</p> </li><li> <p>Strong conceptual thinking and ability to drive clarity in ambiguity while dealing with credit and operational problems</p> </li><li> <p>Professional verbal and written presentation skills</p> </li><li> <p>Expertise in credit, product, and marketing data and analysis</p> </li><li> <p>Outstanding problem solving and decision-making skills based on analysis, rigorous logic, market and consumer dynamics, and operational assessments</p> </li><li> <p>A demonstrated focus on leading, coaching, mentoring and guiding team member development</p> </li></ul> <p>Job Expectations:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Ability to travel up to 25% of the time</p> </li><li> <p>This position offers a hybrid work schedule</p> </li><li> <p>This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship</p> </li></ul> <p>Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.</p> <p>Locations:</p> <ul> <li> <p>550 S Tryon, Charlotte, NC 28202</p> </li><li> <p>150 E 42nd St New York, NY 10017</p> </li><li> <p>2200 Concord Pike, Wilmington, DE 19803</p> </li></ul> <p>Required locations listed above.</p> <p>Pay Range</p> <p>Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position.
