<p>Role and Responsibilities</p> <p>Heavy machinery manufacturing and operation of designated and assigned equipment and machinery including but not limited to roll forming, press operation, milling, manufacturing fabrication, welding, cutting, routing, molding, extrusion, etc.</p> <p>Entry level production manufacturer of sectional and rolling doors and door components.</p> <p>Manufacture products and components according to product specifications, drawings, BOM's, work orders and / or run schedules.</p> <p>Ensure product specification and product quality by following established procedures, SOP's, maintaining of proper settings, and quality standards.</p> <p>Verify product specification and product quality through inspection, observation, and measuring work pieces.</p> <p>Adjust machine / equipment performance to meet product specifications and quality standards.</p> <p>Utilize hand and power tools, cranes, and other material handling devices for manufacturing assistance.</p> <p>Fabricate and assemble sectional and rolling doors sections and component materials as required by the job.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Industrial manufacturing experience desired.</p> <p>Able to read and understand work instructions in English.</p> <p>Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.</p> <p>Experience with micrometers and other measuring devices.</p> <p>Roll Forming experience is a plus.</p> <p>Education</p> <p>Preferred High School Diploma or GED.</p> <p>Physical / Work Environment Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Frequent bending, pushing / pulling, reaching and lifting periodically up to 75 pounds. </li><li>Regularly lifting up to 35 -50 pounds </li></ul> <p>http://www.wayne-dalton.com/</p> <p>http://www.overheaddoor.com/</p>
