Come join an encouraging, supportive and engaging Pharmacy environment in which you can grow and find your place within an innovative healthcare setting.</p> <p>A caregiver in this position works nights from 9:00PM - 7:00AM.</p> <p>A caregiver who excels in this role will:</p> <ul> <li>Provide safe, efficient, patient-centered and evidence-based medication services. </li><li>Verify medication orders and/or dispenses medications accurately according to state and federal regulations. </li><li>Document services in a complete, accurate and timely manner. </li><li>Actively contribute to medication safety initiatives. </li><li>Ensure all pharmacy operations are in compliance with national accreditation standards. </li><li>Directs staff appropriately to provide safe and efficient care and maintain professional working relationships with all caregivers. </li><li>Educate and train students, residents, other caregivers and/or patients. </li></ul> <p>Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:</p> <ul> <li>PharmD or Bachelor's of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited college of Pharmacy </li><li>Current State licensure as a Registered Pharmacist (RPh) or eligible for reciprocation in current state within 90 days of hire </li><li>Completion of a post-graduate year 1 residency (PGY1), fellowship or relevant post-graduate pharmacy </li></ul> <p>Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:</p> <ul> <li>Board Certification </li></ul> <p>Our caregivers continue to create the best outcomes for our patients across each of our facilities.
