You'll be the captain of curiosity, guiding our two-year-olds through their daily adventures and milestones. Your classroom will be a hub of creativity, laughter, and learning.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Focus on curriculum that supports the budding skills of two-year-olds.</p> </li><li> <p>Create a magical and safe classroom where kids can unleash their imaginations.</p> </li><li> <p>Be the child's cheerleader, fostering strong, positive relationships with them and their families.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure each child's unique growth and development.</p> </li><li> <p>Keep parents in the loop with exciting updates about their little one's adventures and progress.</p> </li><li> <p>8:30-5:30 PM shift</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>At least 1-2 years of experience working with young children preferably in a daycare or preschool setting. (preferred)</p> </li><li> <p>A deep understanding of child development and early childhood education best practices.</p> </li><li> <p>Stellar communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.</p> </li><li> <p>A knack for creating a nurturing and fun learning environment.</p> </li><li> <p>CPR and First Aid certification (or a willingness to obtain it).</p> </li></ul>
