Participates in educational projects and activities in conjunction with didactic pharmacy education.</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <p>Formal Education Required:</p> <ul> <li>Attendance in good standing at an accredited School of Pharmacy in pharmacist licensure track program. </li><li>Possession of current pharmacy intern license in the state of Ohio </li></ul> <p>Skills, Competencies and Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to communicate verbally, in person and over the telephone, and in writing with pharmacists, nurses, physicians, and other healthcare personnel. </li><li>Ability to operate department computer application packages. </li><li>Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer terminal and other departmental technology; manipulate fine instruments; and prepare pharmaceutical products in minute proportions. </li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient and department records </li><li>Ability to work well within a team environment: by accepting and offering honest and constructive feedback; by supporting team goals and encouraging other team members; and by collaborating with patient care team members to consolidate work, solve problems, create new methods and/or reduce costs. </li><li>Ability to understand and carry out the mission of patient care at Summa: to provide the highest quality, compassionate care and to contribute to a healthier community.
