We've been around for almost 100 years and are gearing up for more growth.</p> <p>We have an opening at our Euclid, Ohio facility for a CNC Process Engineer. This person will be responsible for the development, oversight and improvement of all manufacturing processes within respective product line, ensuring that all processes accurately reflect the production practices, costing is adequate and quality requirements meets or exceeds customer specifications.</p> <p>Job Duties Include, but not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Develop, document and oversee the manufacturing process for respective product line, which includes development and implementation of OPC's, BOMs, Routes, and detailed manufacturing instructions in cooperation with manufacturing and quality control to ensure that all applicable standards are met or exceeded. </li><li>Evaluate new processes, manufacturing methods and equipment as required to improve process capabilities, material yields, and develop new products. </li><li>Provide technical support to customers in an effort to define product/process requirements or troubleshoot existing materials or applications. </li><li>In conjunction with quality control and quality assurance, resolution to nonconforming material issues, customer complaints, complete and implement corrective and preventative action measures, perform FMEA or other analyses to support all quality initiatives. </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in mechanical, electrical, IT preferred, or equivalent engineering technology experience </li><li>3-5 years of experience in a similar or related metals manufacturing environment </li><li>Proficient in CAD (Solidworks) and in CNC Programming (MasterCam/SolidCam) for multi-axis milling and turning applications. </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office </li><li>Business needs and trade compliance requirements mandate that this position be held by a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident. </li></ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>Lean Manufacturing experience preferred </li><li>Certified Green Belt preferred </li><li>SAP experience a plus </li></ul> <p>Elmet Technologies is an Equal Opportunity Employer M/F/V/D</p> <p>Share Job</p> <p>" Go back to job listings</p>
