<p>We are looking for a Software Developer who enjoys keeping current in technology to help us develop a web application for data center management. Our award-winning web-based solutions help our customers understand and manage energy consumption, environmental conditions, and assets in their facilities.</p> <p>We develop in a collaborative environment where our workday involves Rails, Ruby, RSpec, Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, PostgreSQL, Linux and GitHub, Java 17, Spring, Hibernate, REST APIs, Tomcat 10, Maven, Jenkins, JIRA, and SCRUM.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>As part of a team, design and implement end to end features using Ruby on Rails and Angular </li><li>Developing and maintaining REST interfaces using Ruby on Rails </li><li>Model infrastructure, power distribution, and cooling for data centers and other facilities </li><li>Develop charts and analytics that give users insight into the energy consumption, savings, and environmental conditions at their facilities. </li><li>With assistance from senior engineers, work on overall architectural problems, particularly as they relate to integration, data transfer, scalability and performance </li><li>Participate in feature discussions to flush out the requirements </li><li>Provide real value for our customers </li><li>Provide unit-test coverage for delivered code </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Solid understanding of Ruby on Rails, HTML, CSS and JavaScript </li><li>Good experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL preferred) </li><li>Experience with REST API's </li><li>Linux user </li><li>Excels when working as part of a small, highly skilled, product-focused team </li><li>B.S.
