And it is only by uncovering these truths that we can make real, meaningful progress.</p> <p>About the Role</p> <p>The Global HR Systems Analyst will be an integral part of the HRIS team supporting the growth of the Human Resources systems at We. Communications. In this role, you will be on a collaborative team dedicated to maintaining data accuracy, system functionality, reporting, and the continual improvement of the end-user experience in our systems. You will develop your expertise in systems configuration and troubleshooting while reporting to the Global HR Systems Manager.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Assist with the configuration and maintenance of our business processes in various functions in Workday (Core HCM, Benefits, Performance, Onboarding, and Compensation). </li><li>Review, test, and assist with the implementation of Workday bi-annual system releases </li><li>Assist with preparation and management of HR cyclical processes such as performance management, compensation cycles, compliance reporting, and benefits open enrollment </li><li>Generate regular reports for HR metrics such as Headcount and Turnover and complete ad hoc data requests for surveys, HR internal data needs, or management requests </li><li>Analyze reporting requests to ensure a full understanding of report requirements and create custom reports or extract data (format/manipulate data in Excel when needed) for the organization on an ad-hoc and recurring basis </li><li>Works independently and takes initiative to identify opportunities to research and learn using system support tools to help the team with process improvements </li><li>Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues within the HR systems, such as Workday and Greenhouse </li><li>Some HRIS data entry, EIB processing and HR related projects </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>2 - 4 years of HR systems experience required; Workday and Greenhouse experience preferred </li><li>Experience creating, generating and modifying system reports </li><li>Ability to think analytically, critically, and problem solve </li><li>Ability to perform independent research and summarize findings to assist with potential project initiatives </li><li>Strong attention-to-detail to ensure accuracy and integrity </li><li>Knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle events </li><li>Advanced knowledge of Windows, MS Outlook, and MS Office; with emphasis on strong Excel skills including pivot tables, Vlookup, and formulas </li><li>Manage and maintain sensitive and confidential information, ensuring it is handled securely and in compliance with the organization's policies and procedures </li><li>Ability to work in a global organization or with colleagues in various locations while balancing multiple priorities </li></ul> <p>Compensation</p> <p>The base annual salary range for this role, applicable across all U.S. locations, is outlined below.
