<p>VACANCY NOTICE: Substitute Lunchroom/Playground Aide - 3.0 Hours Per Day (Elementary)</p> <p>POSTING DATE: June 26, 2024</p> <p>POSITION: Up to 3.0 Hours Per Day 10:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.</p> <p>DUTIES:</p> <p>General responsibility of the lunchroom/playground aide is to supervise students during their lunch and recess periods.</p> <p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Must have or to be able to obtain a Student Supervision Aide Permit or Educational Aide Permit through the Ohio Department of Education</p> </li><li> <p>Training and/or experience in maintaining the safety of students while serving as a positive role model</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work in a fast paced child-centered environment</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work empathetically with at-risk students</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to accurately follow directions</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work with all students, school staff and parents</p> </li><li> <p>Willingness to implement specific discipline/behavioral management plans</p> </li><li> <p>Understanding of confidentiality of information about students and all school matters</p> </li><li> <p>Willingness to work cooperatively with others</p> </li></ul> <p>LEGAL REQUIREMENTS:</p> <p>Candidates (unless current employees) must pass a criminal background investigation prior to employment.</p> <p>HOW TO APPLY:</p> <p>Applitrack Link: http://www.applitrack.com/revere/onlineapp or visit https://www.revereschools.org and click on Employment to navigate to all current postings</p>
