Our main campus is located in Berwyn PA. Our dedicated team of over 600 staff ranging from highly-specialized clinicians and nurses to recreational and direct staff professionals, they all work to one common goal the happiness, self-fulfillment and social integration of each adult in our community.</p> <p>As the Vocational Project Coordinator you will provide behavioral services to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities, develop, implement and monitors prevocational programming. You will Provide program oversite and supervision of the instructional activities for both on-site and community settings, periodic staff training, conduct staff performance observations and provide performance feedback. One (1) experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities</p> <p>EXPERIENCE: One year experience working individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism preferably with adults.</p> <p>Valid driver's license must be maintained.</p> <p>At least 21 years of age</p> <p>Devereux has a zero-tolerance policy for abuse and maintains policies and procedures to systematically reduce the risk of abuse to occur in our organization.
