<p>Overview</p> <p>Responsible for accurate and through preparation of commercial loan documentation for various types of commercial loans. Document Imaging, file retention, closed loan processing, mail teller.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Loan Processing</p> <ul> <li>Review submitted requests for new commercial loans prepared by loan officers and processors to clarify and verify loan terms and rates. </li><li>Review proof of entity documentation, property and flood insurance and all other documents as necessary to ensure compliance with policies and procedures. </li><li>Prepare loan documents for new loans in accordance to the approvals </li><li>Prepare Commercial Change in Terms </li><li>Prepare Retail loan subordinations and satisfactions as needed </li><li>Verify Residential Loan Document prior to closing </li><li>Process New Loan Funding Requests and upload to Onbase </li><li>Process UCC Filings, Renewals and Terminations to ensure correct lien position </li><li>Process Fee payments associated with new loans </li><li>Perform Collateral Tracking, support management with collateral tracking by contacting title companies. Document recording information in DNA </li><li>Review monthly UCC report to process continuations </li></ul> <p>Document Imaging</p> <ul> <li>Prepare documents to be imaged. Ensure documents are of good scanning quality. Ensure all staples and paper clips are removed prior to scanning. </li><li>Scan Documents - Capture images electronically using high speed scanners. </li><li>Index documents - File images electronically, ensuring documents are able to be retrieved by end-users using key search fields. </li><li>Perform Onbase quality control to ensure all document pages are legible, formatted correctly and indexed appropriately. </li></ul> <p>Closed Loan Processing</p> <ul> <li>Submit new HELOC mortgages for recording at the county level. </li><li>Prepare paid off loan mortgages and submit for satisfaction at the county level. </li><li>Return closed loan documentation to borrowers. </li><li>Prepare closed files for retention. </li><li>Process Matured Loan report </li><li>Process Zero Balance report </li><li>Act as backup to other department functions as times permits </li></ul> <p>Retrieve physical files as requested by Team Members</p> <p>Complete department filing as needed</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Education and Experience</p> <ul> <li>High School diploma or equivalent. </li><li>Two years of Banking experience </li><li>Experience with documenting commercial loans </li><li>Prior experience with Bank's documentation system(s) a plus </li></ul> <p>Skills and Competencies</p> <ul> <li>Strong knowledge of lending terminology-retail and commercial </li><li>Strong knowledge /understanding of Loan Documentation including, loan notes, mortgages, UCC filings, property searches, flood and property insurance, proof of entity documentation. </li><li>Strong communication/organization skills. </li><li>Time management skills. </li></ul> <p>Working Conditions</p> <p>Traditional office environment with the ability to work remotely on a hybrid basis; the office maintains five day a week operations (Monday - Friday) with operational hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm.</p> <p>Physical Demands</p> <p>Penn Community promotes an equal opportunity workplace, which includes reasonable accommodations of otherwise qualified disabled applicants and employees.
