<p>The Commercial & Savings Bank (CSB) has been an independent community bank for 145 years, with 17 locations across Holmes, Medina, Stark, Tuscarawas, and Wayne counties. In addition to a competitive base wage, CSB offers a wide variety of employee benefits listed below.</p> <p>Summary: Escrow analysis and distributions, tracking and requesting insurance policies, tracking flood insurance policies and force placing insurance.</p> <p>Essential Functions: Essential duties and responsibilities include the following; however, other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</p> <ul> <li> <p>Answer inquiries by phone or in person from customers and Bank employees</p> </li><li> <p>Check new loan files for insurance coverage of collateral</p> </li><li> <p>Request updated insurance policies as needed from borrowers and/or insurance agents</p> </li><li> <p>Force-place insurance when needed</p> </li><li> <p>Track flood insurance policies using a tickler system</p> </li><li> <p>Perform escrow analysis of mortgage loans on a weekly basis</p> </li><li> <p>Make distributions from escrow accounts to taxing authorities and insurance companies</p> </li><li> <p>Review new loan set-up to make sure escrow is correct</p> </li><li> <p>Balance the escrow trial balance to the general ledger monthly</p> </li><li> <p>Create short-year statements for customers when required (typically at pay-off)</p> </li><li> <p>Track insurance exceptions and take steps to resolve them as quickly as possible</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrates a commitment to CSB's vision, mission, and core values and seeks to align one's behavior in such a way that gives these foundational principles the best chance at becoming a reality.</p> </li></ul> <p>Education: A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
