Customer service caregivers deliver what matters most to our patients and their families, ensure exceptional experiences and thrive on making positive impacts in the community.</p> <p>A caregiver in this position works 11:00pm - 7:30am.</p> <p>A caregiver who excels in this role will:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Perform registration and obtain information about demographics, insurance, medical and financial.</p> </li><li> <p>Crosstrain to staff all areas of patient access, such as front desk, admitting office, ED and cash register.</p> </li><li> <p>Function as a Super User and act as a resource for training of new caregivers.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide registration and cash collection access in Epic.</p> </li></ul> <p>Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>High school diploma or GED and two years of experience in a customer facing role OR an associate's degree and one year of experience OR a bachelor's degree.</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of medical terminology sufficient to understand physician orders OR completion of course within one year.</p> </li><li> <p>Basic PC software application knowledge and ability to use multiple data systems.</p> </li></ul> <p>Our caregivers continue to create the best outcomes for our patients across each of our facilities.
