<p>The Ingleside Hotel is hiring a Convention Services Manager to plan, organize and manage the in-house details for large groups and convention booking (e.g., menus, set-up, etc.). We offer over 40,000 sq ft of flexible meeting space. Participate in negotiating meetings/functions rooms, rates and all related requirements. Ensure maximization of room and meeting space, revenues, and profits while delivering a quality product. Execute all aspects of event planning including coordination from the signing of a group contract forward, VIP needs, amenities, group resumes.
