<p>JOB SUMMARY</p> <p>Monday to Friday 8am-5pm</p> <p>The Pricing Operations Manager plays a critical role in supporting the execution and governance of pricing strategy. This role will be responsible for the maintenance and quality of Price Catalog data and the price file import process. This role will collaborate closely with both the Vendors and Manufacturers to keep prices current and assist in seeking new Manufacturers to add as a Radwell Authorized Distributor. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytically strong, and comfortable working cross-functionally and should have management experience leading a team.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li> <p>Manage the day-to-day operations of the pricing function, including price list updates, cost updates for both new and existing suppliers and exception processing.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide guidance and proper prioritization to the team on scheduling the backlog of new and updated price lists.</p> </li><li> <p>Email and phone communications with Vendor/manufacturer to ensure prices are current and resolve quality issues with the data received.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide regular updates to management regarding the status of list imports and backlog.</p> </li><li> <p>Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline pricing workflows and reduce manual intervention.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain and enhance the quality of our pricing data by understanding the relationships between manufacturers, brands, and vendors.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform audits and maintenance on catalog data to correct and update manufacturer, brand, vendor, discount code and cross reference information.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure governance and compliance with pricing policies, controls, and approval workflows.</p> </li><li> <p>Generate reports and dashboards to provide visibility into pricing operations, including KPIs and SLA performance.</p> </li></ul> <p>May be modified from time to time. Other duties, tasks and work may be assigned.</p> <p>SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li> <p>This position is responsible for supporting and directing the Price Import team within the Pricing organization. This position is responsible for ensuring their work is completed within the boundaries of company policies and practices.</p> </li><li> <p>Responsible for corporate management chores and tasks currently in existence and that come into existence that are generally the responsibility of all managers with direct reports. Examples include but are not limited to writing monthly and yearly reviews, approving timesheets, approving expense reports, etc.</p> </li></ul> <p>Positions with direct reports are responsible to hold safety-training sessions (currently once a month) with said employees. Subject matter will be distributed at the monthly managers' staff meeting. Subsequent to training sessions, managers must forward a confirming Training report to each direct report using the Management Reporting System.</p> <p>KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED</p> <ul> <li> <p>Proficient using Microsoft Excel</p> </li><li> <p>SQL experience a plus</p> </li><li> <p>Self-starting sales personality</p> </li><li> <p>Attention to detail</p> </li><li> <p>Problem solving abilities</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to multi-task</p> </li><li> <p>Strong follow up skills</p> </li></ul> <p>EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with pricing in a manufacturing, distribution, or industrial services environment a plus.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong written and oral communication skills</p> </li></ul>
