<p>Description</p> <p>The Customer Service Representative uses phone, email and written communication to help our customers resolve their questions about our products and programs.</p> <p>Schedule: Monday-Friday: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST</p> <p>Location: In-office Bristol, PA</p> <p>Training: Onsite, TBD</p> <p>Benefits: Full Time benefits eligible including Medical, Dental, Vision, Time Off, Wellness Program, Retirement, and more.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>The Customer Contact Representative resolves customer concerns, questions, and requests efficiently using their knowledge and understanding of the product or program </li><li>Provides customer with product and service information via phone, email, and or letter </li><li>Identifies, researches and resolves customer issues using computer systems </li><li>Maintains current understanding of expectations through training </li><li>Partners with the customer service team to meet goals and exceed expectations </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>At least 18 years of age, at least high school level education. </li><li>Bilingual: Fluent in BOTH Spanish and English </li><li>6 months of customer service representative or contact center experience preferred </li><li>Ability to type 35+ words per minute </li><li>General knowledge on how to use Microsoft office products </li></ul> <p>Employment is contingent upon completing and passing a background check and drug test.
