Join us in pioneering a new category of dining called "Fast-Fine", and revolutionizing the way people eat.</p> <p>About the role</p> <p>We are seeking a results-driven Senior Director of Food Production to lead and optimize manufacturing operations across our food production facilities. This role is responsible for setting strategic direction, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality, and leading a multi-site production team. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in food manufacturing, proven leadership ability, and a passion for building world-class production systems that support business growth, efficiency, and safety.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Develop and implement long-term strategies for food production aligned with company goals for growth, cost control, quality, and innovation. </li><li>Set and monitor KPIs to drive performance in safety, quality, efficiency, and delivery. </li><li>Lead cross-functional initiatives that impact production, including capital projects, new product launches, and supply chain collaboration. </li><li>Oversee daily production operations across multiple manufacturing facilities </li><li>Drive continuous improvement in throughput, yield, waste reduction, and cost efficiency using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies. </li><li>Manage capacity planning, scheduling, labor allocation, and equipment utilization. </li><li>Evaluate and implement new manufacturing technologies and automation </li></ul> <p>The experience you have</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering, Business, or related field </li><li>10+ years of progressive leadership in food manufacturing, including multi-site or plant-level oversight </li><li>Deep knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, USDA/FDA regulations) </li><li>Proven track record of leading production teams, driving efficiency gains, and managing complex operations </li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills </li><li>Experience with ERP and MES systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex) </li><li>Prior experience launching new manufacturing facilities or leading large-scale automation projects </li><li>Bilingual English/Spanish a plus </li></ul> <p>Base Salary:</p> <p>$211,000-$240,000</p> <p>Benefits</p> <p>We offer a competitive salary package including equity and 401K.
