<p>Job Category:</p> <p>Maintenance</p> <p>POSITION PURPOSE</p> <p>Enters and documents all repair work completed by maintenance.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES</p> <p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned to this position as needed.</p> <ul> <li>Tracks all original documentation, tallies issued paperwork, proper completion of paperwork and forwarding to Quality Control for auditing/processing. </li><li>Perform transactions in Ramco of install and removal of aircraft components. </li><li>Performs necessary data entry and reporting. </li><li>Create returns of repairable parts. </li><li>Coordinates with maintenance to correct any paperwork returned by Quality Assurance or found during audit process. </li><li>Resolve all pending part issues for each visit package or log page. </li><li>Maintains Production Control file cabinets. </li><li>Scan all completed work documents into Airvault. </li><li>Responds to Records Department for any discrepancies found during final audit of visit packages. </li><li>Disposes of documentation once instructed by Records Manager. </li><li>Performs other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES</p> <p>The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability necessary to perform this job.</p> <p>EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE.</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or general education degree (GED). </li><li>1 year of experience in supply, production control, or data entry. </li><li>Strong Microsoft Excel experience. </li></ul> <p>PREFERRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE</p> <ul> <li>2 or more years of experience in supply, production control or data entry. </li><li>Possess working knowledge of material logistics, Maintenance Planning or Production Control. </li></ul> <p>LANGUAGE SKILLS</p> <p>Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.</p> <p>REASONING/PROBLEM SOLVING ABILITY</p> <p>Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.</p> <p>DECISION MAKING</p> <p>Makes limited decisions and determines best methods to solve problems by referring to established precedents and policies.
