<p>'Be a Difference MAKER' in a new career at TANDEM LIVING!</p> <p>CALVARY HOMES</p> <p>CURRENT OPENING:</p> <p>Part-time (7:30A-3:30P OR 11:30P-7:30A)Every other weekend & holiday required</p> <p>The Security Guard provides safety and security services to protect Calvary Home residents, visitors, and staff on property. This position is performed in accordance with TANDEM LIVING Core Values, Mission Statement, and regulations.</p> <p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <p>A high school diploma or equivalent.Valid PA Driver's License & a minimum of 2 years driving experience required.Previous experience in security preferred.</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:</p> <p>Is the first contact for visitors, vendors, volunteers, and contractors etc. when they enter Calvary Homes. Ensures completion of the sign-in process for those entering the building. Provides visitors with directions.Reports concerns and emergencies to proper personnel. Reports any irregularities, security concerns, maintenance concerns/repairs to the Security Department Supervisor and/or as directed in the TANDEM LIVING assigned procedures. Identifies, reports, and responds to concerns or issues with breaches in security, fire safety, resident wellbeing etc.Completes assigned tasks including setting up/taking down event signs, checking on resident homes, and testing alarm systems and equipment; assisting in Audio System: providing support for the audio system during the Sunday Service. Completes motorized and/or walking patrols regularly throughout the assigned shift. Monitors and ensures the safety and security of residents, staff, and property.Performs administration duties as assigned by Supervisor. Sorting and organizing Sunday mail. Processing Guest Room payments and accepting payments from any guest staying in the guestroom of Calvary Homes.Answers and transfers calls when stationed at the base area (Reception Desk).</p> <p>TANDEM LIVING was founded in 1903, the Christ-based mission is to enrich the lives of residents, staff, and the community.
