<p>The Office of Admission seeks an Assistant Director of Admission to recruit and enroll students in graduate and professional-level programs on our Boston campus. The Assistant Director will work with students through continued engagement and guidance and establish relationships with institutional partners to meet enrollment goals. This position offers a flexible work arrangement with the opportunity to work remotely for part of the week.</p> <ul> <li>Advise students, parents, and institutional partners on admission into a variety of programs at MCPHS throughout the application cycle </li><li>Take a creative approach to enrollment through strategy, educating prospective students on the benefits and differentiators of their program and education at MCPHS </li><li>Become familiar with all transfer and graduate offerings and assist admission colleagues responsible for those populations with aspects of recruitment when necessary </li><li>Conduct extensive outbound calling, email, and texting campaigns at various stages of the application cycle </li><li>Review application credentials for applicants from a variety of programs, and become familiar with pre-requisite and admission requirements for all transfer and graduate programs </li><li>Conduct Information Sessions, appointments, and tours, in-person and virtually, for various populations interested in transfer and graduate programs </li><li>Identify and establish professional connections with new and existing partners locally and nationally, and travel as needed </li><li>Assist with recruitment events for prospective students </li><li>Other related duties as assigned by the Director of Admission </li><li>Contributes to sustaining and enhancing an inclusive working and learning environment </li></ul>
