Provides education/reports to staff, leadership, and regulatory bodies as needed. Continuously facilitates and assesses Quality Assurance in all aspects of the Medical Imaging Department by developing and maintaining programs that help improve patient care and technologist performance. Works closely with staff to ensure total compliance with safety regulations and maintains ongoing monitoring to meet regulatory requirements of the regulating bodies in the medical imaging department Assists with the establishment of job competency programs based on the radiographic skills required taking specific x-rays as needed Participates on committees, which interact with protocols/regulations involving quality filming and procedures Quality Improvement Implements and maintains the radiation protection and the monitoring of IEMA state guidelines for Carle Health. Compensation and Benefits The compensation range for this position is $32.05per hour - $55.13per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health.
