<p>Summary: Mechanically deals table games in a proficient manner</p> <p>Job Title: Table Games Dealer</p> <p>Department: Table Games</p> <p>Reports To: Supervisor Table Games</p> <p>FLSA Designation: Non-Exempt</p> <p>License Type: Gaming</p> <p>Target Pay: $15.30</p> <p>Essential Job Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Performs the act of mechanically dealing a game in a proficient manner, according to current Company policies and procedures, applicable gaming regulations and meeting required rounds per hour by game type </li><li>Responsible for handling guest transactions and notifying Table Games Supervisor of any irregularities while advising a Table Games Supervisor or Pit Manager of any disputes or arguments that may arise during the game among players/dealers </li><li>Exchanges currency for gaming chips and pays or collects bets according to house rules in an accurate manner </li><li>Supports and maintains guest service standards at all times while promoting outstanding guest relations </li><li>Assists with the cleanliness of the casino property Front and Heart of House </li><li>Performs all other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Must be 21 years of age or older </li><li>Must possess excellent customer relations and communication skills </li><li>Must have 6 months or more of dealing experience in the last 5 years or have successfully completed a Rivers Casino dealer school </li><li>Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team </li><li>Available to work flexible shifts, weekends and holidays </li><li>Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing </li><li>New York State Gaming License required </li></ul> <p>Physical and Mental Demands:</p> <ul> <li>Regularly required to stand for extended periods of time, see, walk, talk and hear; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms </li><li>Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds </li><li>Must be able to identify colors </li><li>Able to work with others while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor </li></ul>
