<p>The AI/GenAI Architect is responsible for designing and implementing advanced AI and Generative AI solutions to solve complex business problems in Sales & Marketing space. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies into existing systems and drive innovation.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <p>Domain Understanding: Person should have deep understanding of Sales & marketing tools and functions especially in manufacturing space.</p> <p>Solution Design: Develop and architect AI/GenAI solutions that align with business objectives and technical requirements.</p> <p>Implementation: Lead the deployment of AI models and algorithms, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.</p> <p>Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to understand needs and deliver effective AI solutions.</p> <p>Innovation: Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and Generative AI and apply them to enhance product offerings.</p> <p>Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of AI models and continuously improve them through iterative testing and feedback.</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.</p> <p>Experience: Proven experience in AI/ML development, with a strong portfolio of implemented AI solutions.</p> <p>Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java. Experience with AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.</p> <p>Knowledge: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and generative models.</p> <p>Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.</p> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <p>Certifications: Relevant AI/ML certifications.</p> <p>Experience: Prior experience in a leadership or architect role within AI projects.</p> <p>Tools: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI/ML tools.</p> <p>Salary range: $145,000 - $155,000 a year</p> <p>#LI-MG2</p>
