Beck's is seeking quality individuals to join our family of employees.</p> <p>Our Sign Shop Summer Associate is responsible for creating and posting field and test plot signs for the Practical Farm Research department, Beck's sales staff, customers, and dealers throughout the summer season. This is a seasonal role working 40-45 hours per week for the summer months of May - August.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Work well with the Sign Shop team and manager to complete all sign orders in a timely manner. </li><li>Apply hybrid and trait decals to appropriate Beck's signage. </li><li>Maintain organization of incoming and completed sign orders. </li><li>Work with Beck's sales staff, dealers and customers as signs are ordered and picked-up. </li><li>Keep an accurate inventory of decals and signs throughout the entire summer. </li><li>Assist in the loading and delivery of field and dealer signs. </li><li>Operate the vinyl printer/cutter to create treatment signage for each of the Practical Farm Research locations and other various projects. </li><li>Work with the sign shop team to accurately post and sign Practical Farm Research plots, road front advertising and production acres. </li><li>Assist the Practical Farm Research department in maintaining show plots. </li><li>Any other jobs necessary to help make Beck's operation a success </li></ul> <p>Job Requirements:</p> <ol> <li>Education and training: </li></ol> <ul> <li>High School Graduate </li></ul> <ol start="2"> <li>Technical knowledge: </li></ol> <ul> <li>Possess positive attitude. </li><li>Ability to establish priorities and maintain a schedule </li><li>Ability to work independently and as a team member </li><li>Basic computer and current software skills. </li></ul> <ol start="3"> <li>Physical demands: </li></ol> <ul> <li>May be required to lift up to 70 pounds unassisted. </li></ul> <p>In an effort to provide a safer, drug-free workplace for employees, all full-time applicants to whom offers of employment are made must submit to a drug test and background check, subject to applicable local, state, or federal laws or regulations.
