<p>We are looking for Shift Leaders to join our Dunkin' team!</p> <p>Shift Leaders are responsible for coaching Crew Members throughout their shift to execute operational Brand standards and deliver a great and friendly guest experience. They set goals, provide job assignments, and motivate others, celebrating successes and providing timely feedback.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <p>Team Environment:</p> <ul> <li>Support a respectful team environment </li><li>Communicate shift priorities, goals and results with team members </li><li>Support the training of crew members as requested </li><li>Provide coaching and feedback to crew members </li></ul> <p>Operational Excellence:</p> <ul> <li>Create and maintain a guest first culture in the restaurant </li><li>Resolve guest issues </li><li>Ensure Brand standards, recipes, and systems are executed </li><li>Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines; comply with local and state laws </li></ul> <p>Profitability:</p> <ul> <li>Drive sales goals and results </li><li>Execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives </li><li>Manage cash over/short during shift </li><li>Ensure all products are prepared according to Brand standards </li></ul> <p>Skills and Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Fluent in English </li><li>Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience </li><li>Math and writing skills </li><li>Basic computer skills </li><li>At least 18 years of age (where applicable) </li><li>High School diploma or equivalent, preferred </li></ul> <p>Competencies:</p> <p>Great Focus:</p> <ul> <li>Understands and exceeds guest expectations, needs and requirements </li><li>Displays a sense of urgency with guests </li><li>Seeks ways to improve guest satisfaction; asks questions, commits to follow-through </li><li>Resolves guest concerns by following Brand recommended guest recovery process </li></ul> <p>Passion for:</p> <ul> <li>Sets and maintains high standards for self and others, acts as a role model </li><li>Consistently meets or exceeds goals </li><li>Contributes to the overall team performance; understands how his/her role relates to others </li></ul> <p>Problem Solving and Decision Making:</p> <ul> <li>Identifies and resolves issues and problems </li><li>Uses information at hand to make decisions and solve problems; includes others when necessary </li></ul> <p>Interpersonal Relationships & Influence:</p> <ul> <li>Develops and maintains relationships with team members </li><li>Operates with integrity; demonstrates honesty, treats others with respect, keeps commitments </li></ul> <p>Company Introduction</p> <p>Smoothie King has grown to include over 1,100 units operating in 33 states, the Caymans, Trinidad, and the Republic of Korea.</p> <p>What makes Smoothie King so successful?
