<p>Kforce has a client seeking a UX/UI Designer II remotely.</p> <p>Summary: As a UX/UI Designer, you will shape and implement product design strategy for our journal websites. You will focus on understanding customer needs, creative problem-solving, and data-driven analysis. In this role, you will be collaborating with Product, UX and Engineering daily on UI/UX designs, site flow, strategy and requirements.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Analyzing market trends and industry activities to inform design decisions </li><li>Identifying and analyzing problems, and proposing innovative solutions in partnership with key stakeholders </li><li>Crafting user-centric experiences through the definition of user experience concepts, in collaboration with UX designers, UX developers and Product </li><li>Utilizing data to establish key metrics, exploring analytics for insights, and iterating research methods based on testing and analysis </li><li>Communicating effectively, and building positive relationships within the various teams* Have a portfolio that demonstrates design experience covering User Experience (UX), and User Interface Design (UI) </li><li>Have a deep understanding of customer-centric design principles </li><li>Possess proficiency in design software such as FIGMA and Adobe Creative Suite </li><li>Possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to propose innovative solutions </li><li>A strong understanding of accessibility standards </li><li>Able to proactively collaborate with cross-functional teams </li><li>Have solid presentations skills and ability to communicate your work cross-teams </li></ul>
