<p>Facilities Lead</p> <p>Full Time Days</p> <p>Three Pillars Senior Living Communities is located in Dousman, WI. We are seeking caring team members willing and able to commit to our workplace values: Respect, Commitment, Fulfillment, Empathy and Fun!</p> <p>What will I do as a Facilities Lead?</p> <ul> <li>Ensure completion of facilities repairs and preventative maintenance to all assigned buildings on the Three Pillars Campus. </li><li>Identify facility concerns and report to Facilities Manager (FM) or Director of Environmental Services (DES). </li><li>Evaluate and make recommendations for facility enhancements. </li><li>Evaluate and recommend equipment/tools needed for facility maintenance. </li><li>Supervise contractors and volunteers working for the Facilities Department on the Three Pillars Campus. </li><li>Document all work performed, including costs and other necessary information. </li><li>Provide assistance to FM/DES as needed in developing the Facilities and Grounds Department (FGD) budget. </li><li>Maintain accountability for operating within FGD budget. </li><li>Ensure purchasing policies are followed and invoices are processed within guidelines. </li><li>Provide on-call assistance per rotation schedule. </li><li>Collaborate with other Lead Workers in the Environmental Services Department to ensure resident requests are handled. </li><li>Function as a Facilities Technician as needed. </li></ul> <p>What is required in this position?</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma/GED. </li><li>Five (5) years of experience in Facilities Maintenance with one (1) year as a supervisor preferred. </li><li>Experience: Strong mechanical background to include background or licensure in Low Pressure Steam Boilers, Air Conditioning, Electrical or Plumbing. </li><li>Have a valid State of Wisconsin driver's license and the ability to transport self and materials to various locations on an occasional basis as well as drive company vehicles. </li></ul> <p>What makes Three Pillars Senior Living Communities unique?</p> <p>At Three Pillars Senior Living Communities, sponsored by the Masonic Fraternity, our mission is to take pride in meeting the social, physical, and spiritual needs of older adults through high quality housing and services.</p> <p>Three Pillars Senior Living Communities has served our community since 1905.
