This position provides direct nursing care to residents and delegates and supervises the care provided by our Quality of Life Specialists/Resident Assistants.</p> <p>Positions Hours: Full Time & Part Time 7:00pm-7:30am</p> <p>Position Wages : $29.00 - $32.00 *Based on shift differentials.</p> <p>Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of an LPN:</p> <ul> <li>Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), family/social activities and actively promote independent life-style of residents. </li><li>Responsible for identification of resident medical and behavioral changes and the development and monitoring of care plans and re-assessment of each resident. </li><li>Provide daily report to the Director of Health Services concerning community conditions, personnel performance, resident conditions, and needs for nursing supplies. </li><li>Provide nursing care according to physician's orders and in conformance with recognized nursing practice, established standards, and administrative policies. </li><li>Ensure preventative, therapeutic and rehabilitative services to residents and assists in the coordination of nursing care with care rendered by other disciplines. </li></ul> <p>Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:</p> <ul> <li>Current nursing license valid in state worked </li><li>Willingness to be available for any/all emergencies regarding the community </li></ul> <p>If you're an enthusiastic, compassionate, senior care professional who is passionate about hospitality and senior engagement- please apply, we'd love to get to know you!</p> <p>EEO Employer</p>
